The question that started the file
When a license, a bid, or a court order needs a bond, the search usually ends in a quote form. The useful fact is smaller, and harder to find: which desk will write this form, in this state, with sources you can open.
The first slot is labeled because the owner of the site is the owner of the desk.
Alpharetta, on purpose
Jeff Brewer / Hanok owns SuretyResearch and Integrity First Insurance, the Georgia agency inside the Cornerstone network. The public address is 925 North Point Parkway, Suite 475, Alpharetta. Cornerstone Licensing sits in Suite 470 on the same campus. Andrea runs IFI day to day. Jody is a producing agent.
Travelers’ public agent directory lists surety among the lines at that address. A 2017 Insurance Business America profile described Integrity First as the in-house agency of Cornerstone Support, focused on regulated operators. Bond work for licensed professionals is coordinated with Covered by Cornerstone and Cornerstone Surety Bonds.
Why the calculator became a register
The first version of this site was a premium calculator on a green page. The work people actually needed was a file: named agencies, a preferred partner labeled in print, and a method for everyone else. That file is the register. The calculator stayed, as a sketch you run before the call.
After IFI, the order is arithmetic on signals we opened — BBB letter grades, AM Best when a page was in hand, years, coverage, series breadth. The rulebook is public.
